Do you offer bathrobes for children or spas?
Yes.
In addition to adult sizes, we offer children’s bathrobes.
Lightweight fabrics suited to spa use are also available.
Can you embroider our logo?
Yes.
We embroider logos and monograms in a choice of about 400 thread colours.
The position and size of the embroidery can be discussed.
Are your linens suitable for commercial laundry?
Yes.
Materials and construction can be chosen for repeated use and industrial laundering.
We are also happy to work to your laundry provider’s requirements.
Can we see samples?
Yes.
At our showroom in Gotanda, Tokyo (by appointment), you can handle samples of fabrics, weaves and embroidery.

What is the lead time?
It depends on the item, but as a rule 2–3 months from confirmed order.
Original designs also require time to finalise the design.
If you are planning an opening or renovation, please contact us early.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It differs between choosing from our standard fabrics and developing original weaves or specifications.
Original developments depend on minimum order quantities, so please let us know your approximate volumes.
